Similarly, the painter is not responsible for any fraudulent or illegal use by third parties of credit cards, checks, or other payment methods when paying for the purchased paintings. <\/p>\n<p>At no point during the purchase process is the artist <strong>Tscherrig <\/strong>able to know the buyer&#8217;s credit card number, as it is transmitted directly to the banking service provider.<\/p>\n<h2>Rights, duties, and responsibilities of the customer<\/h2>\n<p>The consumer agrees and is obliged, once the online purchase procedure for the<strong> sale of artworks<\/strong> is completed, to print and retain these <strong>general terms and conditions<\/strong>, which they have already read and accepted, as this is a mandatory step in the purchase of the products.<\/p>\n<p>These general terms and conditions may be updated at any time by the website owner, who will inform their clients directly on this web space and via email notification.<\/p>\n<p>The consumer agrees and is obliged, whenever these general terms and conditions are amended, to print and retain them. It is strictly forbidden for the buyer to enter false information during the registration process required to activate this contract. In the event of order cancellation by <strong>Andreas Toto Tscherrig<\/strong> due to the impossibility of its fulfillment, beyond the delivery time indicated at the time of purchase for the <strong>sale of artworks<\/strong>, the consumer will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, regardless of the chosen payment method. The <strong>artist <\/strong>also has the right to terminate the stipulated contract by simply informing the client with appropriate and justified reasons; in this case, the client will be entitled only to a refund of any amount already paid. The obligations assumed by the client in accepting the indicated clauses, as well as the guarantee of proper execution of the payment made by the client using the authorized methods, are essential. By express agreement, the Client&#8217;s failure to comply with any of these obligations shall result in the automatic termination of the contract in accordance with Article 1456 of the Civil Code, without the need for a court judgment, without prejudice to <strong>Andreas Toto Tscherrig<\/strong>&#8216;s right to take legal action to claim additional damages.   <\/p>\n<h2>Problems and malfunctions<\/h2>\n<p>The <strong>purchase of artworks<\/strong> is carried out through an online IT system designed, developed, and maintained by <strong>PitturiAmo<\/strong> in the &#8220;<strong>Web Marketing <\/strong>\u00bb section.<\/p>\n<p>Any report of malfunctions in the purchasing system (virtual cart) can be sent to the address <strong>redazione@pitturiamo.eu<\/strong> &#8211;
