Our refund policy allows the return of the artwork within 14 days of purchase, after which a full refund will no longer be possible.
The artwork must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging or in a manner that ensures adequate protection during transport, complete with all its components and the attached tax documentation. After verifying compliance with the above, the purchase amount of the painting will be refunded within a maximum of 5 days, including any shipping costs.
The artist will process the refund using the same payment method chosen by the buyer at the time of purchase. In the case of payment made by bank transfer, if the user wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must provide the bank details: IBAN, SWIFT, and BIC necessary for the refund.
Subsequently, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the painting you returned. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Remboursements tardifs ou manquants
If, after 10 days from the confirmation, you still have not received a refund, please check your bank account or the payment method chosen at the time of purchase again.
In the case of a bank transfer, you will need to contact your credit card company, but keep in mind that it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.

In the event that the artwork is damaged or defective, it can be returned. In this case, write to the artist and attach photos proving the defect.

The payment of shipping costs will be agreed upon at the time of sending the package containing the painting
Delivery times will depend on the area to which it is being shipped.
