Delivery is made to the buyer’s home through affiliated express couriers.
In general, shipping is guaranteed within 48 to 72 hours (business days) throughout Italy, or within 3 to 15 days for international shipments carried out via couriers, without ever exceeding the deadlines provided for in Article 6 of Legislative Decree 185/1999.
Delivery fees for the shipment of works of art, if applicable, may vary depending on the destination and the total weight of the goods.
The artist, to ensure that their paintings arrive at your location in perfect condition, uses protective packaging to safeguard their contents.

Rights, duties, and responsibilities of the supplier
Andreas Toto Tscherrig cannot be held responsible for malfunctions caused by force majeure and/or unforeseen events such as accidents, thefts and/or burglaries involving the courier responsible for delivery, fires, explosions, earthquakes, strikes and/or blockages, floods, and other similar events that partially or entirely prevent the execution of the contract within the agreed time and manner.

Rights, duties, and responsibilities of the customer
The consumer agrees and is obliged, once the online purchase procedure for the sale of artworks is completed, to print and retain these general terms and conditions, which they have already read and accepted, as this is a mandatory step in the purchase of the products.
These general terms and conditions may be updated at any time by the website owner, who will inform their clients directly on this web space and via email notification.
The consumer agrees and is obliged, whenever these general terms and conditions are amended, to print and retain them. By completing the designated section on the banking payment system website, the Client authorizes the contemporary artist to use the specified credit card and to charge the total amount indicated as the cost of the online purchase of artworks in favor of Andreas Toto Tscherrig.
The entire procedure takes place via a secure connection directly linked to the bank that holds and manages the online payment service, to which Andreas Toto Tscherrig cannot, under any circumstances, gain access.
Contract termination and express termination clause
The consumer has the right to cancel the order within 24 hours from the submission of the online form related to the sale of artworks.
After this period, they may exercise their right of withdrawal according to the procedures indicated above. In the event of order cancellation by Andreas Toto Tscherrig due to the impossibility of its fulfillment, beyond the delivery time indicated at the time of purchase for the sale of artworks, the consumer will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, regardless of the chosen payment method. The artist also has the right to terminate the stipulated contract by simply informing the client with appropriate and justified reasons; in this case, the client will be entitled only to a refund of any amount already paid. The obligations assumed by the client in accepting the indicated clauses, as well as the guarantee of proper execution of the payment made by the client using the authorized methods, are essential. By express agreement, the Client’s failure to comply with any of these obligations shall result in the automatic termination of the contract in accordance with Article 1456 of the Civil Code, without the need for a court judgment, without prejudice to Andreas Toto Tscherrig‘s right to take legal action to claim additional damages.
Problems and malfunctions
The purchase of artworks is carried out through an online IT system designed, developed, and maintained by PitturiAmo in the “Web Marketing » section.
Any report of malfunctions in the purchasing system (virtual cart) can be sent to the address redazione@pitturiamo.eu – Contacts -indicating: the client’s details (first name, last name, phone number, email) and the type of malfunction encountered.
Jurisdiction and competent court
For any dispute between the parties regarding this contract, the competent court will be that of the appropriate jurisdiction.
